Seneca Rock

We took a break and stayed for 2 nights at the Smoke Hole Resort cabins. We did some exploring in the nearby National Forest and took an ambitious hike to the top of Seneca Rocks. There were many brave souls that were climbing this formation. For the life of me I can’t figure out why you wouldn’t want to take the 1.3 mile trail to the top as opposed to climbing, it was a very steep elevation gain but we made it in a little over an hour.
