We officially began the MABDR today! MABDR stands for Mid-Atlantic Backcountry Discovery Route and the aim is to stay on backcountry roads far away from the maddening crowds. We experienced a variety of roads: divided highways to quiet country routes through bucolic settings to narrow gravel roads over mountain ridges. K2R2 is performing like a champ on the steep and curvy paths!

  1. Looks like yall were above the clouds in that first photo. Glad the R2 is performing like a champ.
    I would like to know the story behind the stop sign!
