BBRSP-Part 2-Fresno Canyon

We relocated to our second campground in the park, Fresno Canyon. There was a steep descent down into the canyon and our campsite was flanked by the Flatiron Mountains. We had fun exploring the washes, mesas, and the deserted Crawford-Smith Ranch which was occupied from 1914-1946.

  1. Love the name “Flatiron Mountains” . Neat place. They could use the pictures of the K2R2 in the Sportsmobile advertising flyers.
