Here is a quick update on the build progress of K2R2:
We stopped by Sportsmobile on the way to San Marcos recently to see the build progress and get a quick update on the status of K2R2. When we got there they were installing the inverter, getting ready to put in the counter top, had the seats out to upholster them in leather, and they were testing the cabin heater exhaust. We were informed that things were happening rapidly now and Sportsmobile would be contacting us soon to set a pickup date, most likely, sometime middle of July. After Rebecca’s brother Tom first brought up the idea of an overland adventure vehicle over 6 years ago we have both been on a parallel course with him to get one. It is finally going to happen!
