What a milestone, 90 years! We celebrated our parents 90th birthdays in Memphis with all 5 of us siblings in attendance. Cynthia & John hosted in their backyard with a Mexican fajita dinner with all the trimmings followed by a decadent chocolate dessert bar. We enjoyed music played by the Johnson menfolk. The grandchildren and great grandchildren all sent cards and videos. It was a memorable day for sure celebrating our wonderful parents big day!

It was a great weekend for sure! Mama and Daddy have so much enjoyed the Nixplay. Whenever I go over and they are in the kitchen I hear them laughing and trying to identify who is who. I even have trouble doing it. But they absolutely love it. The Mexican food and chocolates were wonderful and the brunch the following day at Russell and Lex’s was great too. What an interesting family we have. Always something fun going on!!
I’ve been meaning to make a comment, but just got caught up in trying to do so many things around here that I just realized it’s been a month since we gathered for the celebration of out beautiful parents’ 90th birthday. It was such a nice weekend to celebrate and honor Mama and Daddy and just enjoy all being together with them for those couple of days. We had great weather, wonderful food, and a lot of fun celebrating with them as they reached the milestone of 90 years. We have been so blessed to have such wonderful parents, and as they expressed to us in such a surprising way, I wish them always a “Happy Everyday.”
