After overindulging on Thanksgiving day we took a break but then it was decided that all that oil from frying the turkey just couldn’t go to waste sooo…..we had a “Fryday” on Saturday. The menu was Scotch eggs ( better than the Renaissance festival ), fried oysters, fried coconut shrimp, fried eggrolls, fried risotto balls, and to top it all off, fried oreos!!
Sunday was a beautiful day weather-wise and we were outside a lot. Landy cooked out steaks before putting his grill up in the garage for the winter. We have enjoyed our visit here so much, lots of reading, playing games, and just being together!
